Let's celebrate the arrival of Baby Holli

Well, I hopped in the car yet again this past weekend.  I headed west to Spring Hill to meet my sister-in-law, Jacque, and sweet baby nephew, Christian, at my parents' house.  My sweet high school friends were hosting a baby shower for me to celebrate the arrival of Baby Holli.  I was excited for this trip and have been looking forward to seeing old friends and family that I haven't seen in a long time.  I wasn't disappointed at all!!!  It was a beautiful shower; a beautiful weekend.  Look at all the beautiful faces of friends and family near and far!

The fabulous MIL and my Mom...Grandmothers to be (again, and again, and again....)
My high school buds put on an amazing event.  I am so grateful, girls, and so appreciative.  Thank you.  Check out the spread...

Yum!  The spread was beautiful, and more importantly, the food was DELICIOUS!!!!

PRECIOUS!!!!
To my family and friends who attended and "showered" Baby Holli with gifts and goodies, THANK YOU.

Nothing beats a handmade sweater for a little one...perhaps a Christening accessory!!!?????
CRIB QUILT!!!!!
I hurried home Sunday AM to beat the snow, and boy am I glad I did because I had time to unload my goodies and organized the nursery a little (and I beat the snow!!!).  With all of your help, our nursery is beginning to look like a baby's room and getting us even more excited!!!   Check it out...a crib in the making!!!

...A sweet place for our baby's head to rest.
I'm here to tell you that even though each trip has been amazing and well worth it, and I'd do them all again, this ever-expanding pregnant lady is looking forward to propping up her feet this weekend and NOT sitting in the car.  I have some plans to relax, read, and maybe do a little Christmas shopping.
