Four. Oohhhhh!!!!!

That's right, the ole man became an old man last week. We had a small little celebration...just the four of us. We celebrated with one of Keith's favorite dinners prepared by yours truly.  I had gotten what looked like a delicious strawberry cake recipe from my mil to make for him, but when Kirby said he wanted to make daddy a brown cake, we picked up some Duncan Hines and got to work together. He is quite the little seux chef. Kirby was in charge of putting the candles on Keith's cake. Before I could stop him, he took a big bite out of the zero. He did not like it. First birthday party lesson learned...don't eat the candles. 

Happy birthday to my better half. You bring me up when I am down, you are an amazing father, you mellow me out when I'm worked up, you love me despite my faults and shortcomings, and you can always make laugh. Thank you for being you!!!!  All my love to you.
