Feelin' the Love
This morning I really wish my body had been in sleep-in mode along with Kirby's. Little man didn't get up until 8:45. WHOA. This might mean for no nap later today, but we'll see. It did allow me some time to quietly sit and sip on my decaf. It was nice. I was happy to hear his little voice over the monitor, and I ran upstairs to greet my little buddy. He was playing with Duncan and James in his crib. He looked at me and said, "Momma back down-a-chairs." I asked if he wanted Momma to leave, and he promptly said "Yes." I walked out of the room, and he hollered for me to close the door. Wow. I feel the love. After a little train-playing, he did ask for me back in the room. Jeez, thanks.
A very good morning to you, too, Kirby.

ReplyDeleteWhat a great weekend we had January 17-21, on our visit with y'all. I can still hear Kirby say "Hold you Deda and help you Deda." I need to thank Kirby for the lessons about all the characters on the Isle of Sodor. He knows them very well. Watching him play with his train set was entertaining as I watched him line up his trains and move them along the track. He let me participate by fixing the track when there was a derailment.
It was also so very good and relieving to hear about your 28 week ultra sound which was normal in every respect.
Dad/Deda
I love his cute little bed head!!! :)
