This am on our daily drive to y, which is usually filled with song requests, funny convos, bickering, and sometimes even deep thoughts, I had a hey from lay via Kirby. We were driving along and very randomly we had this convo.
Kirby: "So lay lay is in heaven??"
Me: "yes she is."
Kirby: "will we not see her?"
Me: "we will when we go to heaven."
Kirby: "when will we go to heaven?"
Me: "not for a long time"
Kirby: "I will give her a big hug and play with her."
Me: just a big tearful smile.
And just when I think he is satisfied, he adds, "will she show me Jesus?"
Love his sweet heart and love that he feels connected to Leighton.
