Three months

Miss Susanna Rose, you are three months old and some change, and you are trying all sorts of new things. You smile a lot and you cry a lot. You are a little bit of Dr.Jekyll and Mr. Hyde. You can go from happy as a peach one second to thrusting that bottom lip out and screaming your smoker's scream the very next.  We joke that you'll talk like Marge Simpson because you have the raspiest little voice when you cry and coo. And oh your coos. They are so sweet. You love your brother and have begun to really respond to him in just the past few days. You smile at him, watch him, laugh at him, and allow him to shower you with hugs and kisses. You used to be such a snuggler and now all you want to so now is hold your head up high and look at everything around you. I love to see you getting "big" but don't forget how to snuggle (and snuggle often!).  You like your bumbo chair, and I think you are about done with your bouncy chair. And just today I propped you up in your exersaucer, and you liked it for a while (until Kirby spun the balls inside the toy penguin really loudly and scared you and then you did the Dr. Jekyll Mr. Hyde bit mentioned above). You do not like to lie down on your back and are showing signs of rolling over to your belly. You cannot sleep past 35-45 minutes on your own. You wake up and scream and scream until I give you your paci, and then you're back down for the count. What is that all about?  You are sleeping anywhere from 9-11 hours which is very welcomed. And girl. You.Are.Teething. I know. I wouldn't believe it either, but I can see them and feel them. What is THAT all about. Who knows those could be siting there for months to come before finally popping through but they are there as are signs of them. You were great at your three month pics allowing me some beautiful pictures of you. Love them!!!!  Love you. I really hate to wish these sweet days away, but I really am excited for everything that is before you and watching you grow into the sweet little girl I know you'll be.
